תיאור משרה:

תפקיד ראש צוות הייצור הינו תפקיד מפתח בעשייה המחלקתית ובעיצובה. תקן זה מדווח למנהל מחלקת מכשירים ובמסגרת תפקידו נדרש להסתכלות רחבה של 360 מעלות במחלקה ואחראי על התחומים הבאים:

ביצוע התאמות בין התכנון לייצור

LEAN- הובלה, הטמעת ושימור במחלקה

KPI מחלקתיים וניהול שגרות

ניתוח ביצועים ומגמות של תהליכי הייצור

הובלת תהליכי בטיחות ואיכות במחלקה

הובלת CPU ו-CR

זיהוי צרכים וניהול פרויקטים פנימיים וחיצוניים במחלקה

אחריות על תהליכי LAYOUT של המחלקה

מעקב, בקרה ותיקוף תקני ייצור

מעקב ובקרה על ביצוע הסמכות מקצועיות/ פיתוח למידה במחלקה

דרישות התפקיד:

ניסיון והכשרה בהובלת פרויקטים ותהליכים- חובה

ניסיון עם מתודולוגיית LEAN- חובה

ניסיון קודם בתעשייה- חובה

עבודה עם מערכות אופיס ברמה גבוהה- חובה

הנדסאי/מהנדס/BA תעשייה וניהול (ניהול תעשייתי)- יתרון

אנגלית – יתרון

עברית- חובה

SodaStream is looking for a Production Team Leader at the Assembly Plant

Job Description:

The Production Team Leader is a key role in the department’s operations and development. This position reports to the Devices Department Manager and requires a broad, 360-degree perspective of departmental activities. The role is responsible for the following areas:

• Aligning production planning with actual manufacturing execution

• Leading, implementing, and sustaining LEAN practices within the department

• Managing departmental KPIs and operational routines

• Analyzing performance and trends in production processes

• Leading safety and quality processes within the department

• Leading CPU and CR processes

• Identifying needs and managing internal and external projects within the department

• Responsibility for department layout processes

• Monitoring, controlling, and validating production standards

• Monitoring and controlling professional certifications and learning & development processes within the department

Job Requirements:

• Experience and formal training in leading projects and processes – required

• Experience with LEAN methodology – required

• Previous experience in an industrial environment – required

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office – required

• Practical Engineer / Engineer / BA in Industrial Engineering (Industrial Management) – an advantage

• English – an advantage

• Hebrew – required
