המשרה כוללת:

· גיוס למגוון רחב של משרות בעולמות התפעול – החל מתפקידי ייצור ועד למשרות מטה בכירות.

· הובלת תהליך גיוס מלא מקצה לקצה החל משלב אפיון והגדרת המשרה ועד לשלב איוש המשרה והחתמת חוזה עבודה.

· עבודה שוטפת מול מקורות גיוס שונים ופיתוח מקורות גיוס

· הובלת פרוייקטים שונים בתחום הגיוס

· הובלת תהליכי סורסינג למשרות, התנהלות שותפת מול המנהלים המגייסים ומגוון ממשקים

· הובלת תהליכי ניוד וקידום פנימי בתוך הארגון

· השתלבות בצוות מקצועי ומוביל בתחום הגיוס

ניסיון של כשנתיים בתחום הגיוס - חובה

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition to join the operations site of Sodastream, located at Idan Negev Industrial Park. The role offers an opportunity to join a professional and leading recruitment team.

The position includes:

• Recruiting for a wide range of roles in the operations domain, from production positions to senior staff in the back office.
• Leading the full end-to-end recruitment process, from job analysis and definition to filling the position and signing an employment contract.
• Regular collaboration with diverse recruitment sources and development of recruitment sources.
• Leading various recruitment projects.
• Driving sourcing processes for positions, collaborative engagement with hiring managers, and coordination with a range of interfaces.
• Leading internal mobility and promotion processes within the organization.
• Joining a professional and leading recruitment team.

• A relevant bachelor’s degree – mandatory
• Approximately two years of experience in recruitment – mandatory
• Experience in recruitment in the industry sector – strong advantage
• Proficient English – mandatory
• Must have independent access to our site in Idan Negev
