The main purpose of this new and critical position is to support accelerated volume growth and cost to serve optimization through:
- Support Business team to executionalize an optimal sales route system aligned to go to market strategy
- Request routing to be completed through Strategic Routing team through workflow creation
- Support the Sales Strategy team with the change for route design acceptance and implementation
- Influence local business teams to execute according to design and adherence to strategic objective
Manage the project
- Align with Sales Strategy Leadership the detailed project for route design implementation
- Support critical path activities
- Scale up issues to ensure the implementation of the solution in time and form
- Support Sales Strategy with execution status and performance reports
- Build capability with local leadership
Manage the change
- Support the communication strategy to mitigate change impact
- Perform as a Change Agent to deliver and implement solution
- Understand risks and concerns to address them and mitigate resistance through Sales Strategy team
- Support the Sales Strategy team to align with Sales, HR and other functional leaders that could be affected by the proposed change
- Deliver and build change capability in Sales Strategy - GTM
- Enable process hypercare plan
- Professional / bachelor's degree / MBA a plus
- English: fluent professional.
- Strong understanding of Go-to-Market and DSD route processes and activities
- Previous Route Engineering or Modeling experience a plus.
- Detailed understanding of PepsiCo's Supply Chain, the broader PepsiCo functions and general understanding of the broader CPG landscape.
- Expertise in GIS and routing tools, database tools, MS Excel.
- Ability to lead and influence internally & externally, across divisions and functions - at all levels of the organization
- Ability to understand complex business drivers, develop metrics, analyze and implement improvements
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
