Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automation systems to improve factory processes, reduce downtime, and enhance overall efficiency;
• Identify and resolve automation system issues, including PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and robotics, to ensure uninterrupted production;
• Implement automation solutions that contribute to product quality and consistency;
• Collect and analyze data from automation systems to identify trends, performance indicators, and areas for improvement. Generate reports for management;
• Stay informed about the latest developments in automation and control technology, experimenting with new approaches and solutions;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, production, and quality assurance, to ensure the seamless operation of automation systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in the field of industrial automation or similar roles;
• Higher education degree in technical science or other related education field;
• Previous experience with continuous improvement processes and lean manufacturing;
• Previous experience with industrial networks (Ethernet, Profibus DP / SA or Asi).
• Knowledge of PLC management software or automation software is considered an advantage;
• Advanced knowledge of English;
• Collaborative and team oriented.
