Overview

This role serves as the IT Lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Replenishment Planning (RP) and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) within the FTS process. The position is accountable for production support of the FLNA RP and PPDS solutions, including:• Issue resolution to support business continuity• Batch issue troubleshooting• Driving continuous improvements• Leveraging expertise in SAP IBP RP, SAP PPDS, integration, data, and analytics

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Act as IT SME and Lead for RP and PPDS solutions across end-to-end FTS processes
  • Resolve production support incidents (investigation, break-fix, testing, implementation, validation)
  • Drive and support RP & PPDS continuous improvement initiatives
  • Improve DSO KPIs related to RP and PPDS (including batch SLAs)
  • Ensure integrated process design (e.g., RP with Supply Planning and PPDS)
  • Perform quarterly IBP upgrade regression testing and adopt value-add enhancements
  • Follow DSO processes and governance
  • Challenge status quo to drive optimal solutions
  • Influence and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred

Experience:

  • 14–16 years in SAP APO and SAP IBP (configuration, deployment, production support) with focus on RP
  • Hands-on experience in SAP PPDS for detailed scheduling and optimization
  • 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA preferred

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in SAP IBP Replenishment Planning and SAP PPDS for CPG industry (foods, snacks, beverages)
  • Experience in RP and PPDS solutions within Integrated Supply Chain Planning
  • Familiarity with SAP CI DS for data integration
  • Understanding of master data needed for RP and PPDS
  • Exposure to RP, PPDS, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization processes
  • Experience in large-scale Supply Chain Planning projects

Mandatory Non-Tech Skills:

  • Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers, resolving very difficult and sensitive issues effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Prior experience in working matrix organization and handling multiple stakeholders would be added advantage
  • Intellectually curious with a strong desire to learn
  • IT leadership experience with Replenishment Planning projects
  • Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: ServiceNow, SAP Charm, SAP SolMan 7+, Azure Dev Ops, Quality Center and MS Project
  • Solves highly complex problems within their work team
  • Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
  • Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
  • Consulting background a plus
  • Experience in cross functional roles preferred
