The role is responsible for supporting the Cluster Supply Chain team with data management, performance monitoring, and the generation of actionable insights. Key duties include the development and maintenance of SC dashbords, tracking KPIs (such as fill rate, lead times, and inventory accuracy), and providing analytical support to optimize logistics operations. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with regional stakeholders to ensure data integrity and supporting the implementation of advanced analytical tools and training across the cluster.
ResponsibilitiesReporting & Insights Analyst
• You'll be responsible for maintaining and updating supply chain performance reports and operational databases for the Spanish and Portuguese markets.• You'll respond to requests from the Supply Chain and Logistics teams, processing data and generating insights on various internal platforms.• You'll ensure supply chain data integrity is accurate and reports are always delivered on time to support decision-making.• You'll provide support to both operational and administrative departments, assisting with reporting inquiries and resolving data discrepancies.• You'll ensure reporting processes and KPIs are executed in accordance with service standards and internal supply chain guidelines.• You'll perform tasks assigned by the team leader.• You'll work collaboratively with your colleagues and provide visibility into operational bottlenecks so they can be resolved in a timely manner.• You’ll participate and lead projects related to automation, ways of working, etc.What we're looking for in you• Advanced experience working with Excel and Power BI for data visualization, and fluency with tools such as Outlook and Teams.• A minimum level of English of C1, native Spanish, and Portuguese is a plus.• Good analytical, organizational, and priority management skills.• A passion for teamwork and collaboration.• Data-driven mindset, with a quick response time and commitment to reporting deadlines.• An open mindset for continuous improvement and proposing new ways to automate or optimize reports.
Qualifications• University degree • Profieciency in Spanish (native) & Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher) is required.• Portuguese language skills are a plus• Previous exposure to similar role is a plus
