תיאור תפקיד-

• תפעול וקידום משלוחים ועמידה ביעדי השילוח מול השווקים

• ניהול ותחזוקת מחירונים במערכת הנקסוס, בקרה חשבונאית ואישור חשבוניות.

• ניהול ספקים לוגיסטיים

• הובלת השינוי האסטרטגי בייצוא – מספר ספקים פר קו, כמות חברות ספנות

• פיתרון בעיות ומציאת חלופות בזמן אמת

• תפעול ואחריות מערכת הנקסוס TMS

• ממשק יומיומי מול השווקים השונים בחו"ל בכלל זה שליחת מחירונים

• ניהול ותפעול כלל המובילים היבשתיים

• ניהול הממשק מול מסוף המכולות באשדוד

• ניהול כלל פעילות ההובלה הפנימית בארץ בכלל זה איחוד קווים, אופטימיזציה, מעקב חשבוניות

• בקרה על הוצאות האחסנה וההשהיות בנמל ובמסוף המכולות

• אחריות על תוכנית החיסכון בתחום השילוח

SodaStream is looking for an Export and Domestic Transportation Coordinator

Job Description:

• Operate and advance export shipments while meeting shipping targets across global markets.

• Manage and maintain pricing lists in the Nexus system, including financial control and invoice approvals.

• Manage logistics service providers and suppliers.

• Lead strategic changes in export operations, including supplier allocation per route and number of shipping lines.

• Resolve issues and identify real-time alternatives.

• Operate and take responsibility for the Nexus TMS system.

• Maintain daily communication with international markets, including distribution of pricing lists.

• Manage and operate all domestic transportation providers.

• Manage the interface with the Ashdod container terminal.

• Manage and operate all domestic transportation activities in Israel, including route consolidation, optimization, and invoice tracking.

• Monitor and control storage and demurrage costs at ports and container terminals.

• Responsible for driving cost-saving initiatives within the shipping and transportation domain.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Training in the field of freight forwarding – an advantage

• High level of English – required

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and TMS systems (Infopack, Nexus, etc.)

• At least 3 years of prior experience in freight forwarding

• Experience managing and driving processes with internal organizational interfaces

• Familiarity with local freight forwarders and shipping lines

• Experience managing global logistics operations at a significant scale

• Maternity leave replacement position until December 2026, with the possibility of a permanent role
