Overview

Responsible for Human-centric Insights and Brand strategy, this role manages the insights agenda for all important Snacks and Grains brands in PepsiCo UK’s portfolio. This role also co-leads UK Marketing Insights efforts to ‘raise the bar’ on Creative Excellence, across the UK Foods portfolio. The Consumer Insights Analyst will support the insights branch of the team to give a more holistic approach in combining insights from both Marketing and Strategic side of the business. Using data analysis, insights and storytelling to take a holistic and objective view on growth-opportunities, identifying and prioritising the must win battles for PepsiCo in UK via leveraging the Consumer Insights tools like ADA, BBE, Drivers & Barriers and Always On Engine.

Responsibilities
  • Support in annual brand planning, working cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery of SWOT, penetration targets & barriers, Marketing JTBDs and equity tracking
  • Day-to-day management of cross-functional marketing & marketings insights projects (EXECUTING project against an aligned brief / scope)
  • Co-leading efforts to ‘raise bar’ on Creative Excellence across the UK Foods portfolio
  • Managing and lisiaing with agencies to deliver projects and analysis in a form that provides insight to contribute to organizational understanding (MANAGING)
  • Championing the UK Insights consumer tools, communicating and representing the mission and agenda of the team in alignment with UK Portfolio Growth Strategy
  • Ensure all brand fundamentals are in place, optimal for brand growth, leveraging to tell a clear story about the brand and risks/opportunities for growth
Qualifications

Degree educated, experience in a fast-paced industry role. 7+ years experience in a relevant industry (consumer, retail or digital) and will have worked on projects with strong insight and analytical components

  • Competent with Thick & Big data, able to understand, commission and weave ‘art & science’
  • Naturally curious, with experience in analysing a variety of data types (e.g. consumer, financial, etc.)
  • Expertise in drawing insight from qualitative or quantitative insight
  • Excellent communication skills, confident and credible with senior stakeholders
  • Strong story-telling and presentation skills to turn data into impactful insight and brand strategy that can drive the business forward.
