Overview

The Senior People Business Partner (SPBP) for Commercial Functions is a strategic advisor and thought partner to senior Commercial leaders across Sales & Channels, DX, Marketing, GTM, and Revenue Management, with close collaboration with the MU General Manager.This role is accountable for shaping and executing an integrated people strategy that drives commercial performance, builds future-ready organizational capability, and strengthens PepsiCo’s culture in Poland. The SPBP acts as a role model for enterprise thinking, One PepsiCo mindset, and leadership standards across the function.

Responsibilities

Strategic HR Business Partnership:

  • Partner with Commercial leadership to define and deliver people priorities aligned to business objectives and PepsiCo’s global people strategy;
  • Provide forward-looking insights on workforce trends, talent needs, organizational effectiveness, and capability gaps, leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions;
  • Advise and influence senior leaders on organizational design, change management, culture evolution, and leadership effectiveness;
  • Act as a trusted coach and thought partner to senior leaders, challenging constructively and supporting high quality decision making with an enterprise lens.

Talent Management & Succession Planning:

  • Partner with People Managers on end to end talent management, ensuring robust pipelines for key and critical roles;
  • Lead and facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership capability assessments for Commercial functions;
  • Drive strategies to attract, retain, and develop high performing and high potential talent;
  • Champion inclusion for growth, ensuring talent decisions build a future ready and inclusive organization.

Performance Management & Employee Development:

  • Partner with leaders to embed a high performance culture aligned with PepsiCo values and growth behaviors;
  • Coach leaders on objective setting, performance calibration, feedback quality, and development planning;
  • Support differentiated development approaches for critical talent and leadership populations.

Organizational Design & Workforce Planning:

  • Partner with Commercial leaders on organizational design and lead transformation projects execution, including clarity of WoW, capability shifts, and transition management, to support business strategy and performance;
  • Act as a change leader, providing coaching and hands on support through transformation initiatives;
  • Lead workforce planning and support the annual AOP process, ensuring alignment between business priorities, cost, and capability needs.

HR Governance, Compliance & Ways of Working:

  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and People Experience & Operations teams to ensure seamless and effective delivery of HR programs;
  • Promote efficient, digital, and self service ways of working; role model strong people data discipline, accuracy, and governance;
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, internal policies, and PepsiCo global standards;
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters, balancing business needs, employee experience, and risk mitigation.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Support leaders in driving engagement initiatives that reinforce One PepsiCo culture, well being, and retention within Commercial teams;
  • Strengthen leader communication capability and ensure inclusive, transparent, and motivating employee experiences;
  • Act as a visible culture carrier and role model for PepsiCo values and leadership behaviors.

People Leadership & Team Development:

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of People Partners supporting Commercial functions;
  • Let clear priorities, expectations, and success measures, ensuring high quality, consistent business partnership;
  • Coach and develop team members, building strategic HR capability, business acumen, and future leadership readiness;
  • Foster a collaborative, enterprise oriented mindset within the team, encouraging cross functional partnership and best practice sharing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred;
  • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within a multinational, matrixed environment;
  • Proven experience partnering senior leaders within commercial or customer facing functions;
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and ability to influence at senior levels;
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, complex environment.
