- Drive development of strong annual commercial & operational plans for regional brands to ensure short-term and long-term business results, build and contribute to full year activation calendar
- Lead execution programs and prepare post -launch analysis
- Lead Business reviews on regular basis
- Contribute and Influence sales, NRM to ensure activation plans are aligned
- Drill for new consumer and shopper insights through consumer data analysis and interpretation, leverage business knowledge, insights and analytics to clearly identify problems to solve (shopper, customer, category and company)
- Support Marketing Manager and Sr Brand Manager and contribute to Brand strategy & Inno pipeline
- Demand planning & control for assigned sublines/projects
- P&L management
- A&M planning & control
- Recent 2-3 years of experience marketing, trade marketing, analytics, sales. Marketing preferable, but not must.
- Dairy/ cheese experience is a must.
- University Degree & passion to develop in marketing
- Have strong collaboration skills, time management capabilities.
