This role is responsible for supporting end to end TPM process for one of the international markets.
ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of competitor trade spend and pricing o Collect and monitor competitor promotions and share towards stakeholdersTrack performance and forecast of customer margins o Support the annual promotions plans proposalCreate the promotion plans in internal systemsMake adjustment to the promotional plans o Calculate & communicate promo pricingInput, update and track the relevant promotions in planning systemsAdapt volumes estimations based on guidelines from DP and Sales o Input, update Trade Spends for promotions in planning systemTracking and follow-up of promo validation in planning system o Calculation of RSP's in planning systemTracking and logging tickets for issues in planning system o Communication to Field Sales Force about planned promotionsEvaluation and reporting on trade spend and promo performanceAnalysis and validation the claims submitted by the customer
QualificationsBachelor's Degree Business administration, Economics or similarStrong Microsoft Office package knowledge is mandatory with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and AccessKnowledge of SAP, Power BI , previous work experience with databases or in FMCG is a plusVery good analytical skills and numeric skills, with the ability to pull and work with large dataFluent English and Polish with exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audienceAbility to work in flexible and dynamic environment Excellent organization and prioritization skillsSelf-learner, willingness to develop skills according to role requirementsAbility to drive projects that will improve efficiency and accuracy of the current scopeResults oriented, team player with positive, can do attitude
