Lead the development & execution of branded campaign assets for traditional & digital media channels, supporting Snacks brand on the Polish market to deliver a best-in-class brand experience for our consumers. Successful performance in the role is measured by the timely delivery of campaign assets and driving efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop & deploy campaign brief (incl. digital):

  • Develop adaptation brief incl. approval/ alignment with relevant stakeholders (e.g., cluster team, senior leadership)
  • Brief inhouse agencies & third-party agencies (advertising, activation) and respond to any questions and discussion points from agency
  • Support development of asset adaptations

Review and finalize creative:

  • Provide support and feedback on agency proposal
  • Monitor progress of asset development and manage day-to-day project operations with agencies (incl. plan management and execution)
  • Assess output delivery against creative objectives & validate versus basic brand guidelines

Enter production and execution: Handle project execution

  • Detail and manage production process in collaboration with agencies (e.g. during on-site shootings)
  • Approve production brief (casting, asset delivery etc.)
  • Monitor progress and manage day-to-day project operations with agencies (incl. plan management and execution)

At each step, cooperate with main Project Lead from Mkt team as main point of contact.

Deliver assets to media agencies / platforms / TV Stations & upload approved assets to our Asset Management platform.

Qualifications
  • Min. 5-6 years experience in working with creative and/or production agencies and as a project lead/manager
  • Proven high project management skills is a must
  • Self-organized with strong prioritization skill and ability to run up to 6 projects in parallel (well structured in day-to-day work)
  • Strong leadership, mentoring and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in ambiguous and dynamic work environment; is comfortable with risk and uncertainty
  • Works well with others to deliver results; keeps his/her managers informed all the time
  • Responsible and proactive
  • Communicative, establishing and nourishing relationships with teams / team-player
  • Self-starter – ability to manage new processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Eager and ready to push for and champion great creative work
  • Not afraid to have a point of view and bring your perspective to help improve the work
  • Loves to get involved and create a productive team culture
  • Native in Polish
  • Proficient in English (C1/B2) in speaking and writing
