תפעול מערכות ניהול הייצור השונות.
אכיפה ויישום למידות נהלי בטיחות ואיכות וזיהוי פוטנציאל לאירועים עתידיים.
עבודה ע"פ מתודולגיית Lean.
ניהול תהליך חפיפת עובד חדש.

Responsibilities (English)Acting as a substitute for the Line Manager when required.
Ongoing management of the production line, including break releases, scheduling, meeting production targets, shift handover/closure, etc.
Continuous presence on the line in order to prevent stoppages and identify bottlenecks.
Escalation of discipline-related issues to the Line Manager.
Familiarity with the professional capabilities and limitations of line employees and assigning them to workstations accordingly.
Participation in employee performance evaluation processes together with the Line Manager.
Professional training, mentoring, and ongoing support for employees at their workstations.
Operation of various production management systems.
Enforcement and proper implementation of safety and quality procedures, and identification of potential future incidents.
Working in accordance with Lean methodology.
Management of the onboarding and training process for new employees.
Hebrew (spoken, read, and written) – required.
English – basic level.
Computer applications – basic level.
Ability to cope with pressure and work in stressful situations.
Strong learning ability.
Technical skills.
At least two years of managerial experience.
The position involves 12-hour shifts, including day and night shifts.
