Your Impact

As a Daily Routing Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and reliable daily route execution for PepsiCo Foods North America. This position directly supports operational excellence by optimizing delivery routes, balancing resources, and collaborating closely with local teams to meet customer and business needs.

What You Will Do

• Plan and dispatch daily delivery routes using specialized routing technology.

• Collaborate daily with distribution locations to align on customer delivery requirements and evaluate the effectiveness of routing solutions.

• Ensure all routes comply with driving hour regulations and internal operating standards.

• Balance productivity targets, including hours worked, number of stops, and delivery volumes, while managing changes in daily operations.

• Maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams and stakeholders.

• Prepare and manage daily and weekly performance reports to track results and identify trends.

• Identify risks or imbalances in route coverage or workload and proactively escalate opportunities for route optimization to the strategic planning team.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and mathematical reasoning skills, with the ability to understand business drivers and translate them into actionable decisions.

• Highly organized and capable of managing a structured daily agenda independently.

• Demonstrated leadership mindset, with the ability to provide clarity, make sound decisions, and think proactively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Full professional proficiency in English.

• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or operational roles focused on optimizing resources under constraints.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Work Schedule

• Standard working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Days off: Sunday and one additional day during the week, assigned on a rotating basis.

• Flexibility: The selected candidate must be open to adjusting their availability when required to support business needs and operational priorities.
