The role holder will be managing the contract management team (S2C) for capital projects in EMEA. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the contract’s terms and conditions and in general ther entire sourcing process—from identifying needs and suppliers to the finalization of contracts—for capital expenditure projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with organizational goals and legal requirements.

• Leading, managing and coaching/mentoring the EMEA S2C team in the Hub.
• Contract Management and issue resolution / escalation
• Manage the learning and Development process of the Hub team.
• Coordinate work with BU stakeholders and cross functional Hub leaders to ensure full understanding and support of strategic sourcing perspective to key processes
• Coordinate work with Engineering Project managers stakeholders in the business to address issues related to suppliers and vendors.
• Fostering of strong relationships with suppliers / monitoring of supplier performance, periodic reviews with global procurement teams, generate innovation and productivity
• Track and report SLA/KPI’s/Savings as per agreed methodology and lead the Continuous performance improvement initiatives.
• Support systems development and adaptation from the team.

MBA or BTec

• Min 12 years experience in a Contract Management of construction/industrial project erections.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Technical knowledge and understanding of engineering works, services, assets and equipments demonstrated by a suitable College degree in either Civil, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Certified in PMP, CCM or CIPS is preferred
• Working knowledge of SAP MM module, Buying plaforms (ie Ariba), Power Apps and BI, Contract Management software (Procore, Buildertrend etc)
• Excel & Office package knowledge
