The main purpose of this role is to provide Development and Operations Support for the OpenText VIM/ Digital Imaging platform. This role will also be accountable for partnering with the IT Operations manager to provide project hyper care support, transition to Sustain and on-going support for global OpenText implementations. He/she will also partner with the IT Operations manager, to work on minor enhancements for OpenText VIM across different sectors. This position requires excellent communication, and “hands-on” technical capability to deliver quality fixes/solutions for the OpenText/VIM platform.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Provide development and sustain support. This includes the following:

• Providing technical (configuration/development) support, which includes collaboration, configuration, and software development as it relates to OpenText VIM, Sales Orders.
• Debug and develop SAP ABAP code for OpenText/VIM enhancements and Solutions.
• Recommends / takes action to direct the analysis of problems.
• Provides visibility to team impediments/risks and helps eliminate them.
• Communicates and collaborates broadly with IT stakeholders and business partners related to minor enhancements.

MANDATORY TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge on SAP ABAP, OpenText VIM.
• Strong knowledge to troubleshoot workflow issues and OT VIM related issues.
• Strong knowledge to do VIM Role maintenance and VIM workflow administration.
• Should be able to do break fixes and enhancements on existing VIM customization and perform Cutover activities.
• Knowledge to configure PO and Non-PO invoices.
• Knowledge on , OT Archive Server and DocuLink, IC4S and Validation Client.
• Knowledge of FI-AP and FI-MM integration including basics of P2P processes.
• Support UAT testing for projects and sustain in UAT and Pre-Prod environments. Support Go-Live and Hyper-care.
• Experience in working with global teams in different time zones across the world.
• Enterprise ERP systems knowledge like SAP is a plus.
