Applies deep knowledge of cloud platforms and delivery management to ensure successful execution of key technology objectives. Leads and coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver cloud infrastructure solutions accurately and on schedule, providing technical direction and delivery oversight as needed. Independently resolves complex, ambiguous problems through detailed analysis and collaboration with architecture and platform teams. Accountable for the design, delivery, and operational readiness of cloud infrastructure solutions, working closely with Cloud Architecture and Systems Software teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Responsibilities- Serve as a developing subject matter expert in the technical delivery of cloud platform capabilities, influencing stakeholders to achieve platform goals and initiatives
- Champion cloud resource optimization and cost-efficiency initiatives across platforms and environments
- Direct regular platform and architecture review cadences to ensure alignment with enterprise standards throughout the end-to-end delivery lifecycle
- Oversee application onboarding across cloud environments and drive continuous improvement and automation of onboarding processes
- Define and drive adoption of new cloud platform components to improve software development and delivery practices across the organization
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration, communication, and dependency management
- Design and oversee migration strategies for rehosting and modernizing applications on cloud platforms
- Track, analyze, and present platform metrics, accomplishments, and demonstrations to leadership
- Ensure delivery excellence across global cloud platform initiatives, including schedule, quality, and risk management
- Prepare executive-level reports and briefings on platform progress, performance metrics, and improvement opportunities
- Oversee execution of key platform processes and initiatives, ensuring alignment with functional and business strategy while adapting plans as needed
- Mentor and guide team members on delivery methods, cloud processes, and platform responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required
- 12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, cloud platforms, or infrastructure delivery
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud and third-party integrations
- Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS and IaaS services, including deployment, configuration, and operations
- Proven experience in on-prem and cloud network troubleshooting, including connectivity, security, and performance issues
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), authentication and authorization models, and vulnerability management practices
- Experience working in cross-functional and enterprise-scale environments
