Overview

This position will be part of the PepsiCo Beverages United States Commercial Merchandising Strategy and Production Team. This position contributes to the success of the PepsiCo Beverages by supporting the United State Commercial Beverage Team and Sales and Operations Organization that the team impacts, the Analyst will ensure exceptional operational services are provided by their organization to sales employees across multiple teams and markets. The services for the supported teams include; assessing and communicating equipment inventory and offerings. Additionally, preparing reporting for internal and external audiences, as needed. Continuously identify opportunities and implement processes to improve quality and timeliness of output.

Responsibilities

Administrator for tools such as pbnapermmerch.com online catalog and ePOP ordering systems which includes:

  • Serving as a primary liaison to the vendors who host them
  • Maintaining and updating as needed
  • Ensuring processes are working as planned and troubleshooting any issues
  • Sending regular communications (verbal and written) to users and stakeholders with updates and offerings
  • Working with the Purchase based team to ensure content is up to date and new initiatives setup on time to run
  • Ad hoc tasks to be determined (additional data work, org communication, process management)
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks regarding Permanent or Temporary merchandise equipment:
  • Collaborate with sales functions on equipment orders/delivery tracking/issues
  • Work across multiple functions to aid in collecting insights for action-oriented cause of change analysis
  • Recognize opportunities and take action to improve delivery of work
  • Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology
  • Ensure delivery of accurate and timely data in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLA)
  • Ability to focus against speed of execution and quality of service delivery rather than achievement of SLAs
  • Scale-up operation in-line with business growth, both within existing scope, as well as new areas of opportunity
  • Create an inclusive and collaborative environment
Qualifications
  • +4 years of experience in Sales/Sales Management
  • Bachelor's in commerce/business administration/marketing, Master's degree is a plus
  • Prior Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience required
  • Development experience related to Data Analytics and Reporting including the usage of relevant tools and software packages
  • Development of website and design and layout
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint
  • Propensity to learn PepsiCo software systems
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel, Power Point, and Access
  • Ability to provide superior customer service
  • Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan
