Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role owns and lead Advanced Maintenance Vision/Strategy for LATAM focused on the End to End deployment of DVC project as such as Predictive Maintennace PdM (mechanical vibration, temperature, electrical consumption, thermography, 3D printing and SAP Mobility) across Processes, Packaging and Utilities areas for Salty & Cookies sites, as well as real-time interconnected performance systems to deliver consistent Quality with better costs assuring full customer satisfaction. Validate required resources, investment/benefits, and new operational model needed for sustained performance after project deployment to deliver true efficiency (unplanned downtime reduction to reach maintenance world class category), inventory spare parts optimization and maintenance cost reduction.

Your Impact

As DVC - Advanced Maintenance Manager (PdM) your scope would consist of:

a) Lead E2E PdM capex Projects from redaction, finance viability , technical analysis, roll out, adoption, productivity report and sustain for each site.b) Implementation success criteria definition for each pillars one (Mechanical vibration, Thermography, power consumption- Next DVC Capex approvals 7 Lagoas / Cerrillos / Celaya Cookies & Crackers, another 11 under definition.c) Define workflow to guarantee all required information for project success.d) Lead technical agenda with Steering Committee to assure project functionalities and schedule implementation.e) Guarantee the networking of the different areas and levels to ensure good communication and information flow.f) Design resources requirements needed for the development of the projects.g) Develop standard procedures according to the project workflow.h) Define and standardize FAT / SAT / CQV Definitions procedures.i) Lead sustain strategy for all deployed capabilities assuring right compliance on site accountabilities and providing sector governance.j) Provide agile visibility to Ops leadership on timelines and results to drive decisions on how to move forward on deployment agenda.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

• Degree in Engineering Systems / Electronic / Mechatronic / Automation.

Experience

• Business administration or similar is required.• 5/7 years of work experience in areas related to the manufacturing process.• In-depth understanding and application of Business Knowledge across the broader business environment, as well as an understanding of supply chain constraints and operational optimization.• English (Fluent) Spanish (Fluent / native) Portugues (Fluent / native). Microsoft Office Package.• Must be willing to travel (Frequently 40% of time).
