Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Be a Talent Partner: Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to deeply understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment action plans that align with PepsiCo’s business priorities. Find and Attract Top Talent: Use creative sourcing techniques—social media, professional networks, job boards, and referrals—to identify and engage high-quality candidates, both active and passive. Own the Recruitment Process: Manage the entire hiring lifecycle, from crafting compelling job postings to interviewing candidates and extending offers. Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has a seamless and engaging recruitment journey, from the first conversation to the final offer. Make Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage talent insights and recruitment analytics to refine sourcing strategies, improve hiring outcomes, and drive continuous improvement. Support Workforce Planning: Provide market intelligence and hiring trends to help business leaders anticipate and address future talent needs.

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience

Advanced Portuguese

Recruitment Expertise: 3+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency setting, with a solid understanding of talent assessment methodologies and best practices. Tech-Savvy Mindset: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office tools. Experience with recruitment marketing and social media sourcing is a plus. Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market data to make informed hiring decisions. Exceptional Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: Proven ability to partner with hiring managers, engage candidates, and collaborate effectively across teams. Strong Organizational & Time-Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple roles, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability & Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and find creative solutions. Global & Cultural Awareness: Experience working in multinational environments or global teams is highly desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in Portuguese.
