Maintenance Coordinator
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring our production lines run reliably and efficiently. You coordinate planned maintenance, support Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities, and help translate technical insights into lasting improvements.
Responsibilities- Coordinate daily and long-term maintenance activities in collaboration with planners and technicians
- Support line teams in implementing AM (CIL, defect handling, documentation)
- Ensure Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans are up to date and executed effectively
- Lead root cause analyses and support implementation of structural solutions
- Track maintenance KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement
- Facilitate technical knowledge sharing (e.g. One Point Lessons)
- Experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering in a production environment
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and support others in technical topics
- Familiarity with AM/PM principles and SAP (nice to have)
- Fluent in Dutch (English is a plus)
