תיאור התפקיד:

ניהול ישיר של כלל העובדים במשמרת כולל דיווחי נוכחות ושימור עובדים.

בניית סידור עבודה לפי תחנות, ווידוא עמידה ביעדים פר תחנה.

שמירה והקפדה על כללי הבטיחות במשמרת, כולל ביצוע תחקירים.

ווידוא עבודה על פי נהלי/פרוצדורות איכות- בקרה על ביצוע בדיקות שגרתיות בקו וביצוע תחקירים ופעולות מתקנות בעקבות תחקיר.

בקרה על ביצוע פרוצדורות של אחזקה וטיפולים שוטפים.

הובלת תהליכי שיפור והתייעלות כולל פרויקטי חיסכון.

ניתוח ביצועים יומיים על עמידה ביעדים היומיים.

דרישות התפקיד:

ניסיון ניהולי במפעל ייצרני של שנה לפחות –חובה

שליטה ביישומי אופיס - חובה

עבודה עם מערכות ממוחשבות – חובה

ניסיון עבודה במשמרות- יתרון

נכונות למשמרות 4-2-4 כולל סופשי שבוע, משמרות של 12 שעות.

We are hiring a Shift Manager for the Valve Assembly Department – Metal Plant

Position Description:Direct management of all employees on the shift, including attendance reporting and employee retention.Building shift schedules by workstations and ensuring targets are met at each station.Maintaining and enforcing safety regulations during the shift, including conducting investigations.Ensuring work is performed according to quality procedures and standards, including supervision of routine line inspections and leading investigations and corrective actions when required.Monitoring the execution of maintenance procedures and routine equipment servicing.Leading continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives, including cost-saving projects.Analyzing daily performance and tracking achievement of daily production targets.

Job Requirements:At least one year of managerial experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment – mandatory.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – mandatory.Experience working with computerized systems – mandatory.Experience working in shifts – an advantage.Availability to work a 4-2-4 shift pattern, including weekends, with 12-hour shifts
