SodaStream - a PepsiCo company - is revolutionizing the beverage industry! As the leading sparkling water maker brand, SodaStream is THE solution for easily, conveniently, and sustainably making sparkling drinks at home. SodaStream not only frees you from the hassle of carrying heavy bottles, but it also makes an active contribution to the environment with its products. By 2025, around 78 billion single-use plastic bottles are to be avoided worldwide! SodaStream is innovative, unconventional, and refreshingly rebellious.
We love setting trends and shaking up the market with our products and ideas. The main activity of NLC is refilling and distributing gas cylinders and packaging and distributing SodaStream products for the European market.
We are looking for an energetic, relationship‑driven, and detail‑focused Logistics Last Mile Senior Supervisor to elevate our global delivery network. Based at our NLC site in Tilburg — the central production and fulfillment hub in Europe — you will have global responsibility for last‑mile performance across all SodaStream markets.
Each market runs its own sales, marketing, and commercial strategy, while relying on NLC and our global supply chain structure to ensure efficient, accurate, and customer‑centric delivery operations. You will be the internal logistics consultant for these markets, understanding their unique customer expectations, operational constraints, and cultural nuances. You become the go‑to person when they need support, escalation, or guidance on improving their last‑mile setup.
You collaborate closely with Global Procurement to evaluate and manage 3PL partners across regions, while also connecting data, processes, and people using tools like PowerBI and Snowflake. With empathy, structure, and a strong sense for international collaboration, you build trusted relationships, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement across our global delivery ecosystem.
- Oversee performance of the NLC hub and all global distribution hubs, ensuring smooth operations, optimal inventory flow, and accurate fulfillment;
- Optimize last‑mile delivery processes across all markets — improving delivery routes, lowering cost‑to‑serve, and elevating the customer experience;
- Act as the internal consultant for all markets: supporting escalations, providing data‑driven insights, and guiding them through improvement plans tailored to local needs;
- Work closely with Global Procurement to select, evaluate, and manage 3PL partners, ensuring strong SLAs, reliability, and cost‑effective operations;
- Use digital tools such as PowerBI, Snowflake, WMS, TMS, and route optimization systems to strengthen performance visibility, forecasting, and decision‑making;
- Build and lead a global community of logistics managers, fostering alignment, sharing best practices, and supporting cross‑market collaboration;
- Ensure compliance with international transportation, safety, and environmental standards while proactively managing risks across regions.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus);
- 7+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain, including leadership in warehouse or last‑mile operations;
- Strong experience in managing 3PL providers, including contracting, vendor assessment, and SLA governance;
- Proficiency with digital and analytical tools such as PowerBI, Snowflake, WMS, TMS, and route optimization technology;
- A structured, detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to connect data, processes, and people;
- Excellent communication skills and strong empathy — you are patient, supportive, culturally aware, and effective in building trust across markets;
- A proven ability to act as an advisor, coach, and internal consultant for diverse international teams;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced global environment;
- Willingness to travel internationally, supported by excellent English communication skills.
