Due to our continued success and growth, we are currently recruiting a Truck Driver for our Day Shift team.

This role is suited to a professional Truck Driver who has previous experience driving Multi combination and Forklifts.

You will be the face of PepsiCo for our customers, and safety is at the forefront of everything we do, so somebody who engages with customers in a friendly and professional manner, and who aligns with a culture of safety is best suited to the role.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out shuttle runs between facilities
  • Local customer deliveries around Adelaide
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Undertaking pre-start checks
  • Accurately completing despatch paperwork

Qualifications

  • Current Multi Combination Licence & Forklift Licence
  • An excellent driving record demonstrated through a driver history report
  • A commitment to safety and applying safe-working practices
  • Extensive knowledge of how to operate MC trucks
  • Strong reversing skills
  • Good understanding of COR (Chain of responsibility)
  • Basic Fatigue Management
  • Ability to communicate effectively and politely, as you are the face of our company on the road
  • Be able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good reading, comprehension and numerical skills
