Your Impact

As Cust Mgmt Assoc Supervisor your functions would consist of

Realizando las siguientes actividades:• Prospección de empresarios para desarrollo de futuros distribuidores.• Coordinación y seguimiento en la implementación de nuevos distribuidores.• Acompañamiento junto al equipo de GTM en las reingenierías que se planteen en los distribuidores correspondientes a las iniciativas asignadas• Comunicar la estrategia de implementación, con los equipos regionales (todas las áreas impactadas)• Colaborar con los equipos de ejecución/Operaciones para asegurar la implementación de la estrategia y desarrollo de distribuidores.• Colaboración en los procesos de venta de activos internos (Flota / Activos fijos)• Asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de implementación de acuerdo con la estrategia nacional• Acompañar y ejecutar la actualización anual de la Guía de lineamientos y evaluación • Garantizar la implementación de planes estratégicos para el cumplimiento de las oportunidades surgidas de las Autoevaluaciones / Auditorias• Acompañamiento en el análisis de estado de resultados de Distribuidores• Seguimiento de resultados, estrategias e iniciativas con empresarios• Ejecutar las evaluaciones a Distribuidores• Garantizar la aplicación del manual de procesos en cada uno de los distribuidores• Coordinar y liderar reuniones mensuales de seguimiento a los resultados de Autoevaluaciones, Auditorias e indicadores más importantes, en conjunto con las diferentes áreas que se requiera

Implementación, seguimiento de iniciativas juntos (apego a modelo) y seguimiento administrativo a distribuidores chicos (Contratos y tecnología)
