The Sales Finance Analyst provides financial support to the Commercial organization by managing trade spend analysis, forecasting, and reporting. This role ensures accuracy in financial data, supports decision-making, and drives insights to optimize trade investments and profitability. This role will report directly into the Senior Manager, Sales Finance.
Responsibilities- Lead daily and weekly performance reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
- Conduct forecasting, including data setup, trend analysis, and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), providing input, validating assumptions, and aligning with business partners.
- Perform pricing and trend analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct customer requests and investment analysis, evaluating returns and recommending optimal resource allocation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scenario and contingency planning.
- Support pre and post promotional analysis and performance evaluation for key initiatives.
- Support month end close process.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,700 - $135,100.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2–4 years in Finance, preferably in Sales Finance or FP&A.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with TPM systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
