Responsibilities

Be at the forefront of launching our state-of-the-art Denver Beverage facility. As the Senior Supply Chain Engineer, you’ll lead the startup of our packaging lines, drive innovation, and shape the future of our operations. This is a high-impact role with visibility across leadership and ownership of a major capital project.

  • Conduct quantitative analysis across all bottling sites using Zarpac or similar downtime tracking systems to identify underperforming equipment and component-level trends; develop data-driven response strategies.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to resolve complex downtime events quickly and effectively.
  • Serve as the liaison between bottling sites and OEMs, ensuring timely issue resolution by facilitating expert support.
  • Manage Secure Vendor Access (SVA) connections between sites and OEMs, navigating cybersecurity protocols and compliance requirements.
  • Champion OEM overhaul programs across the network; present value propositions, track startup success, and monitor ongoing performance.
  • Partner with OEMs to continuously improve program offerings, including upgrades, training, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
  • Evaluate the impact of OEM equipment upgrades for broader application and share best practices across sites.
  • Develop strategic, cost-effective plans with OEMs and site teams to proactively address equipment obsolescence.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in beverage packaging engineering
  • Hands on experience with PET packaging systems
  • Proficiency in CAD software
  • Individual project CAR expenditure experience should be in excess of $250M.

Knowledge / Skill Requirements:

  • Solid communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors, contractors and consultants.
  • Proven ability in troubleshooting/problem solving in manufacturing environment.
  • Basics of finance, product/project cost tracking and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, results & action oriented.
  • Computer skills to include familiarity with computer maintenance management systems, reporting/tracking software, Excel, MS Project, etc.
