As the Business Systems + EDI analyst you will support critical systems initiatives that drive operational efficiency across the organization. You will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve systems issues to maximize the benefits of business systems. A key focus will be the administration of third-party EDI connections and supporting our NetSuite environment

• Ensuring reliable, accurate, and timely data exchange between partners and internal systems.
• Assist in the deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications, including ERP (Netsuite), 3rd party middle-ware (Celigo / Parabola), and EDI platforms (True Commerce)
• Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues.
• Support the design and execution of system and EDI testing initiatives and enhancements.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Create system design documentation and standard operating procedures
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
• Support business system integration with Pepsi

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.

• Extensive experience with core software applications, including NetSuite, Adobe Products, Bill.com, etc.
• Working knowledge of network and PC operating systems.
• Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
• Excellent understanding of how systems can help meet an organization’s goals and objectives.

Your Background

• 5+ years of experience supporting and administering NetSuite, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role
• Proficiency in functional business areas such as financials, supply chain, operations, or reporting.
• Project experience including implementations, upgrades, and deployments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Hands on experience with EDI implementation, testing, and partner onboarding
