Overview

- TCT Execution process operative owner, track the movement of shipments, vehicles, and assets in real-time using available tracking technologies. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, transit times, and dwell times - Alert relevant stakeholders about delays, disruptions, or potential issues - Collaborate with carriers, warehouses, and other stakeholders to coordinate the implementation of corrective actions to resolve issues and minimize delays - Being the Focal Point to provide timely and accurate status updates of all the Shipments in the "Trip Build."

Responsibilities

- Ensure Quality of Tracking Data - Continuously track "Actuals" of all Track Events - Monitor "Milestones" of selected Track Events - Identify "Alerts" and resolve Shipment issues, such as delays, of selected "Milestones." - Serve as a liaison between TCT and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and issue resolution - Leverage advanced Visibility technologies to enhance tracking and tracing capabilities - Escalate issues according to standard operating procedure - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in using tracking and TMS software - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records and reports

Qualifications

- Engineering/logistics/ Business university or technical degree desirable - 0-1 year experience in the industry working in the transport area (Entry level) - Basic MSOffice Proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint) - English & Arabic speaker
