- Support the execution and communication of talent management, performance management and learning & development initiatives
- Support learning and development programs by tracking employee participation, monitoring program effectiveness and coordinating logistics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date talent data in SAP and ensure data integrity
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for talent management initiatives
- Contribute to Culture & Engagement initiatives, including inclusion, recognition and collaboration with volunteer employee groups, supporting employee engagement
- Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure the smooth execution of talent management processes
- Partner with the Global Capability Center on talent analytics to deliver high-quality data, analysis and talent and capability insights
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Talent Management
- Ability to work with data, reports and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt and grow
