We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative individual to join our WFA HR Operations team in Kraków. As a Senior Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting HR processes across Europe, with a focus on Offboarding. You’ll help ensure smooth operations, provide excellent service to employees, and contribute to process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment and is comfortable using their language skills to support multiple countries.
Responsibilities- Support Offboarding processes and other HR activities across European countries
- Act as a go-to person for your area, sharing knowledge and helping teammates when needed
- Handle more complex or sensitive cases with care and professionalism
- Perform checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Help resolve queries and escalate issues when necessary
- Contribute to improving processes and maintaining documentation
- Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality service and meet performance goals
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
- Fluency in English and additional language (Spanish, German or Dutch preferred, but others are welcome)
- Previous experience in HR Operations or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role and HR Function
- Team player with a hands-on attitude
- Familiarity with HR systems and processes is a plus
- Experience with quality checks or controls is helpful but not required
