Our internship program for (near-)graduates offers meaningful projects, mentorship and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through hands-on experience. It’s not just on-the-job learning, but a chance to develop both personally and professionally.

ResponsibilitiesDuring this internship, you’ll get a mix of research, creative thinking, and hands‑on data work. For example, you will:
- Work with Nielsen, YouGov, Albert Heijn & Jumbo data to uncover shopper behavior and market opportunities.
- Analyze customer‑specific data and translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Prepare customer meetings together with Category Managers — you’ll deliver strong analyses and sharp visuals.
- Contribute to (or even lead!) improvement projects that make our processes smarter, faster, or more innovative.
- Spot trends: you stay up‑to‑date with developments in the market and within categories.
- Experiment with tools, from advanced Excel features to AI‑powered insights.
- Conduct deep dives into retailers, perform in‑store research, and analyze shopper behavior.
In short: you help us understand what’s happening on the shop floor — and why.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Has a natural curiosity (towards people, behavior, trends… and tools like Excel & AI).
- Isn’t scared of data, you enjoy it and want to understand what happens behind the numbers.
- Takes initiative and likes picking up a project independently.
- Is a strong communicator: you present your insights clearly to different teams.
- Works in a structured way but is flexible enough to handle the fast pace of FMCG.
- Is eager to learn within an energetic, commercial, and super fun team.
- Has at least a good basic command of the English language.
- You collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Insights, and you report to the Category Management Lead.
- You are currently studying or have recently graduated (up to a maximum of 3 months after graduation).
