  • Drive profitable growth of AFH and Special Channel key accounts through strategic account management
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with priority customers and partners
  • Expand distribution, menu/usage occasions, and innovation listings within assigned accounts
  • Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, terms, activation, investments) in line with company guidelines
  • Act as the single point of contact between customers and internal teams to ensure strong execution
  • Build long-term partnerships that deliver sustainable growth for both PepsiCo and customers
Responsibilities
  1. Own end-to-end business performance of AFH & Special Channel key accounts, ensuring delivery of sales, profitability, and execution standards in line with AOP
  2. Impacted: Channel Head, Finance, Supply Chain
  3. Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with priority accounts, including growth initiatives, distribution expansion, and activation plans aligned with company strategy.
  4. Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, terms, listings, promotions, and customer investments, ensuring compliance with governance and approval processes.
  5. Drive distribution, innovation listings, and in-market activation, coordinating internal teams to ensure on-time, in-full execution across AFH & Special Channels.
  6. Manage customer investment and operational budgets, tracking spend versus plan and optimizing ROI to support sustainable account growth
  7. Provide structured market, customer, and competitive insights, translating data into clear recommendations to support channel priorities and innovation decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree graduated in related filed or higher degree
  • Minimum 8 years experience in sales especially in Traditional Trade or Modern Trade , KA experience will be advantaged.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving, strategic business thinking, analytical skills, project management and time management skills
  • Strong at change management
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set with can-do attitude
  • Good command of writing and speaking in English and Thai
  • Computer literature
  • Experience selling in FMCG business
