The Weekend Manufacturing Operations Supply Chain Leader is accountable for managing weekend performance by leading Team Supervisors and frontline manufacturing operations through strong people leadership, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement. This role manages key site KPIs on all shifts through the weekend, and drives initiatives that improve safety, quality, service, and cost. The Weekend Manufacturing Operations Supply Chain Leader will lead weekend performance communication, partners with site leadership and cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps, solve problems, and deliver sustained productivity and capability growth across the production floor.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop Team Supervisors and frontline leaders to drive safe, engaged, and high-performing manufacturing teams across the production floor
  • Own and manage key manufacturing KPIs, ensuring daily execution aligns to site goals
  • Identify gaps in operations, lead structured problem solving, and translate insights into clear execution strategies and standard work
  • Communicate performance, risks, and improvement plans to Site Leadership and key stakeholders through regular performance reviews and operating rhythms
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, unstructured manufacturing environment while building a team-based, feedback-driven culture

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,900 - $111,950.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave.
  • Vacation: for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days.
  • Holidays: for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually.
  • Sick Leave: for eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury. Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year.
  • Bereavement Leave: In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay.
  • Parental Leave: for eligible employees, the company offers paid parental leave for up to 6 weeks to allow for a time of bonding with their newborn or newly adopted child.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, Business or related field, or equivalent managerial experience in a manufacturing environment
  • At least 2 years experience developing teams in a manufacturing organization preferred.
  • Demonstrated people and leadership skills with track record of achieving positive business results
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment
  • Ability to work off shifts if required
  • Highly developed communication and influencing skills
  • Provide leadership and insight on department wide initiatives
