Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven professional to support the development and execution of merchandising layouts across the Latin America region.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact store layouts that optimize space, enhance the shopping experience, and drive business results. You will work closely with Category Management and Sales teams to ensure each layout aligns with strategic objectives, assortment requirements, and visual standards.

Your Impact

As a Sales Assistant Planogram Analyst, you will:

  • Provide operational support in the creation and execution of store layouts across multiple markets.

  • Design visually compelling, store-specific planograms based on store clustering, space allocation, and category flow guidelines.

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all assigned projects.

  • Conduct quality reviews of planograms to validate assortment compliance, visual impact, shelving metrics, and innovation opportunities.

  • Track project timelines and proactively manage deadlines.

  • Manage version control, store combinations, and store-level assignments, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.

  • Maintain and update the planogram database with the latest approved files and historical records.

  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and sales teams through clear verbal and written communication.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities, translating insights into action.

  • Focus on execution excellence, balancing speed and quality of delivery.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to simplify processes and leverage technology for greater efficiency.

  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Experience in Sales, Sales Management, or Category Management is preferred.

  • Experience using space management and planogram software platforms (such as JDA) is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose solutions.

  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate internal systems and digital tools.

  • Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to high-quality support.

  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

  • Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong ownership mindset.
