The Revenue Growth Manager (RGM) – US will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability through strategic pricing, trade spend optimization, and a relentless focus on retailer promotional effectiveness. This role will lead post-promotional analysis to ensure learnings are embedded in future planning, enabling smarter investment of promotional dollars and improved business outcomes. Create PPA, segmentation, bundle strategy across brick & mortar/e-commerce retailers to maximize top and bottom line growth.
Responsibilities- Promotional Effectiveness & Post-Promotional Analysis
- Design and implement frameworks to measure and improve the ROI of retailer promotions across all US channels.
- Lead post-promotional analysis, evaluating incremental sales, margin impact, and shopper behavior to inform future promotional strategies.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams to optimize promotional calendars, mechanics, and investment allocation.
- Develop and share best practices for post-event evaluation, ensuring insights drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Global Sodastream RGM on PPA, Segmentation & Bundle strategy for US market
- Analyze Gross-to-Net P&L by customer, channel, and market segment to identify revenue opportunities.
- Optimize pricing, discounts, rebates, CDAs, and promotions to maximize revenue and margin.
- Review trade terms and contracts, ensuring compliance with US commercial policy and identifying areas for improvement.
- Define and execute Trade Spend strategies, balancing variable promotional activity with fixed contractual discounts.
- Strategic Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve revenue generation, including product mix, annual planning, and customer spend.
- Provide guidance, training, and best practices to commercial teams on revenue management and promotional effectiveness.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, influencing strategy and execution.
- Data-Driven Enablement
- Deploy advanced analytics to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Ensure data-driven approaches are embedded in all aspects of promotional planning and evaluation.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $160,400.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.

- 7+ years of experience in revenue management, trade marketing, or commercial finance, with a focus on the US market.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in retailer promotional effectiveness and post-promotional analysis.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Collaborative leader with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Advanced presentation skills and experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of US retail landscape, shopper behavior, and promotional mechanics.
