Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Finance Head is responsible for executing the end to end Finance & Admin Quaker, Perth site to bring to life PepsiCo brands.

Job Overview:

  • Development and execution of Quaker Perth finance strategy, annual plan and control day to day functions of Finance, IT and Administration department.
  • Ensure accounting, financial reporting / controls, planning and budgeting, administration, IT and security requirements comply with relevant PepsiCo Policies and systems as well as relevant local regulations.
  • Provide guidance and input to local management team and interface with PepsiCo BU’s and APAC Sector.

Business Partner with Supply Chain team to execute Quaker Perth as APAC Quaker Perth source of Flaked Oats for China; Asia Pacific, and other Affiliates.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accounting systems and internal controls as well as implement new accounting systems when required
  • Preparation and share internal finance information and reports as required by site management
  • Perform variance analysis on accounting systems and reports
  • Hyperion system champion including retrieving and submitting any region/sector reporting requirements
  • Own plant accountings development and maintenance include measurements of machine capacity, efficiencies.
  • Lead cost accounting for the site including labor analysis, month end closing, inventory management, fixed asset
  • Ensure both local and US GAAP accountings are accurately maintained
  • Laise, organize, and cooperate with external auditors to perform all financial audits
  • Assist corporate auditors to complete internal audits when schedule and ensure the implementation of recommendations
  • Oversees site security and surveillance
  • Oversees site IT needs
Qualifications
  • Training in accounting including industry experience in using of a fully integrated accounting software package
  • Experience in cost accounting in manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry
  • Controllership/CPA/CA professional qualified will be preferred
  • Excellent communication skills at different level of staff both within and outside of the organization
  • Self-motivated and dedicated to life long learning and continuous improvement to achieving organization objectives

  • Hand-on manager with thought leadership and proven problem solving skills
  • Strong people management and interpersonal skills
