Your Role:
The Marketing Manager – Partnership role will lead and manage the commercial and marketing capabilities for our partnered brands within Pepsico Beverages Canada. This will include key brands such as Dr. Pepper, Crush, Schweppes, Celsius, Alani Nu, Rockstar and Evian.

Total Compensation: $84,100 - $134,100
Responsibilities- Lead a comprehensive commercialization process in conjuncton with our Partners through 1st Look Hopper, end-to-end Stage Gate process and management of the broader Synchro Team. This would include, but not limited to, sell decks development, playbook repository materials, AOP toolkit, period priorities, etc. (innovation, portfolio, & POS commercial lead).
- Collaborate with Sales Strategy and PCT & Field Sales to drive flawless execution of the partner brands and field programming; some A&M Budget ownership and maintenance required.
- Recommend opportunities to influence the Partner brand agenda through their development of AOP and the long-term strategic plans for the Partnership Brand portfolio.
- Act as a representative to our Partners, while managing the business internally across functions (Sales, Finance, Strategy, Supply Chain, Legal, etc.).
- Lead recurring Partner connects & monthly share and consumption performance analyzing category and brand performance as well as ad hoc needs. Develop and present as needed on period/quarterly priorities calls and partner huddles.
- Actively participate in the communications between Partners & PepsiCo to lead in T2T material development.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Business degree preferred).
- 5+ years experience in consumer packaged goods marketing
- Possesses an intimate knowledge and understanding of the product innovation and commercialization process.
- Excellent multi-tasking, project management and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical & critical thinking, with the ability to synthesize and communicate complex information.
- Excellant problem solving and sound business judgment, ability to anticipate issues and resolve them.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships; build consensus & influence business partners
- Experienced with influencing, persuading and building consensus in a matrixed organization.
- Strong leadership and communication/presentation skills to delivery compelling stories.
