Responsibilities

The Opportunity in Mexico City!

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Route Optimization Analyst to support scheduling, delivery planning, and field execution initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about data analysis, logistics, and operational efficiency. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve route planning, scheduling accuracy, and last-mile execution performance through data-driven insights.

You will play a key role in transforming operational data into actionable recommendations that enhance productivity, service levels, and overall execution.

Your Impact

  • Support the development and maintenance of delivery and field team schedules using planning tools and data analysis.

  • Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for route optimization and efficiency improvements.

  • Create reports and dashboards in Excel to track performance metrics and key indicators.

  • Collaborate with logistics, sales, and field teams to ensure schedules are aligned with business needs.

  • Assist in documenting processes and identifying standardization opportunities.

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide analytical insights and operational recommendations.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used for planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (recent graduates welcome).

  • Proficiency English Level
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Interest in logistics, supply chain, and operational planning.

  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear recommendations.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written).

  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and willingness to learn.
