PepsiCo’s Global Sustainability Office (GSO) oversees coordinating and informing the company’s sustainability agenda across our value chain.
Within the GSO, the ESG Reporting and Governance Team plays a critical role in delivering accurate, transparent and credible sustainability disclosures to meet voluntary and regulatory requirements, inform goal-setting and support investment decisions.
The ESG Reporting Senior Analyst will support PepsiCo’s ESG reporting processes, including drafting ESG Topics A–Z pages, partnering across functions on the creation of reporting elements such as the Data Hub and framework indices, and building and maintaining tools that support both voluntary and regulatory reporting processes. Across these activities and deliverables, the senior analyst will serve as the primary expert in AI and will be expected to identify, test and roll-out AI-forward solutions to ultimately increase the efficiency and quality of PepsiCo’s ESG reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in ESG and sustainability, curiosity and experience with AI, and foundational coding skills to support digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities- Support PepsiCo’s ESG reporting process, including drafting ESG Topics A–Z pages and coordinating creation of reporting elements such as the Data Hub and framework indices.
- Drive development and deployment of AI agents and automation processes to enhance ESG reporting workflows.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for reporting systems and processes, leveraging technology and analytics.
- Own and maintain tools critical to ESG reporting, including the Metrics Tracker, dual materiality analysis tool, and peer benchmarking tool.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting aligned with voluntary frameworks (e.g., SASB, TCFD) and regulatory requirements.
- Support peer benchmarking and competitive analysis to inform ESG strategy and disclosures.
- Assist in managing governance processes for ESG data and reporting tools to ensure integrity and audit readiness.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support sustainability disclosures and leadership presentations.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $88,200 - $147,650.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.

- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in ESG reporting or sustainability, or software engineering and data analytics.
- Foundational coding experience (e.g., Python, SQL) and proficiency in agentic and hybrid AI process development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks (SASB, TCFD, CSRD) and sustainability concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI) preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Passion for sustainability and technology-driven solutions.
