We are looking for a Health, Safety & Environment Supervisor to join our team in Kocaeli Suadiye Plant. Role will report to Health, Safety & Environment Manager.
Responsibilities- Reduce workforce losses and absenteeism caused by work-related accidents
- Conduct and renew the general risk assessment of the plant as required
- Deliver Health & Safety training programs to sustain OHS awareness and communicate the EHS Policy to all employees
- Plan and organize annual evacuation drills; follow up on required corrective actions
- Monitor risk notifications and develop corresponding action plans
- Lead accident/incident investigation meetings with relevant departments
- Organize and chair monthly EHS Committee meetings; publish reports and track action items
- Conduct site tours, report field findings, and follow up on observations
- Plan and execute field inspections for both routine and non-routine tasks
- Support all legally required health and safety committees; monitor legal and regulatory requirements
- Participate in planned management reviews; follow up on nonconformities and ensure system continuity and improvement
- Complete all legal measurements and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and PepsiCo requirements
- Ensure the continuity and improvement of GEHSMS, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System
- Report food safety management system issues to the food safety team as required
- Monitor and manage the EHS budget and CAPEX; prevent budget overruns and initiate procurement demands
- Manage energy consumption within the scope of ISO 50001 Energy Management System; develop corrective and preventive actions for over-plan consumption and drive energy performance improvement
- Oversee Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Organic Waste Management (OWM) operations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in occupational health and safety
- B or C Class Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate
- Proficiency in both English and Turkish (written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain an inclusive work environment

- High level of collaboration, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong decision-making ability with a results-oriented approach
