Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Business Analyst for Supply Chain & S2C is responsible for managing service-related requirements and supporting the delivery of ESM solutions within the S&T organization. Partnering closely with the ESM Lead/Product Owner and IT teams, the role gathers and documents business needs to enable efficient and user-centric service delivery, primarily leveraging platforms like ServiceNow.
This position plays a critical role in supporting the implementation of new initiatives using ServiceNow’s Case Management and Service Request Management modules, as well as contributing to sustainment activities by assisting with incident resolution, bug fixes, and prioritized enhancements. The Business Analyst also supports continuous improvement efforts and the evolution of service management processes and solutions across all Supply Chain & S2C capabilities, ensuring alignment with broader ESM and business objectives.

Your Impact

As Business Analyst, Supply Chain (ServiceNow / ESM) your responsibilities would consist of …

› Maintain all functional requirements for the Supply Chain and S2C teams to support the implementation of Service Management solutions in ServiceNow, in close partnership with the ESM Lead to ensure proper prioritization.
› Monitor and manage the ongoing backlog of service-related requirements and enhancements to support evolving business needs, collaborating closely with Capability teams, business stakeholders, and IT (DSO) partners.
› Assist in sustainment activities by providing day-to-day support for incidents, troubleshooting bugs, and implementing enhancements to improve existing products and solutions.
› Support the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions by ensuring timely and high-quality execution across all phases, including design, build, testing, and deployment.
› Ensure clear documentation of business requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

› 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within Supply Chain or a related function, preferably in a Strategy & Transformation (S&T)
› Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation, configuration, or development, and/or a strong understanding of service management processes
› Strong skills in process thinking, enabling the translation of complex requirements into scalable, customer-centric solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
› Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability to produce high-quality documentation and presentations
› Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and multicultural teams
