This role will support the creation, set-up and ongoing management of the digital asset management operation for US. Support the new Asset Management capability within the Marketing PBUS team. The role will support the set-up, ongoing management and optimization of the Digital Asset Management operation – providing this Marketing service to PBUS and their creative agencies. This role will interface with Category, Finance teams as well as external partners (Global agencies and platforms).
Responsibilities- Support operational set-up and implementation of the Digital Asset Management system within PepsiCo, partnering with and delivering this service to PBNA team
- Define taxonomy hierarchies, naming conventions and cataloging, tagging and archiving of digital assets, ensure consistency with global solutions
- Partner with IT and Marketing to ensure full system integration and workability
- Support embedding Asset Management within PBNA, developing user manuals and training programs to build knowledge, educate and drive adoption, whilst advocating across marketing teams and external partners/agencies, to streamline and govern the management and optimization of digital assets
- Partner with PepsiCo marketing teams, agencies and third parties to build seamless process for acquiring, tagging, cataloging and managing all digital content
- Onboard PBNA marketing team and their agency partner to the platform, define relevant user permissions, train new users, introduce new platform functionalities to existing users
- Develop reports to monitor and track number of requests, usage stats etc. and build robust assessments on productivity gains, business benefits and success metrics delivered as a result of Digital Asset Management solution
- Produce quarterly digital reviews with PBNA teams across key success metrics
- Continually identify opportunities to optimize process, implementation, delivery and system functionality, to future-proof and maintain a leading-edge capability.
- Generating reports on PowerBI Dashboard and metrics
- 6+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management Administration experience in two or more platforms
- Working with US Stakeholders
- Understanding of Marketing concepts is an added advantage
- Experience working within a brand environment, with collaboration with agencies and marketers
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
