  • From day one, you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience by leading a front-line team and collaborating with production, maintenance and quality teams to run day-to-day operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • You’ll build your leadership skills through formal development programs, real-world experience on the production floor, and mentorship from experienced leaders who are invested in your growth.
  • You’ll have opportunities to lead improvement initiatives that make a real impact — such as reducing downtime, simplifying processes using Lean Six Sigma principles, and minimizing product and packaging waste.
  • Along the way, you’ll develop the skills needed to motivate teams, solve problems quickly, and drive results while keeping people at the center of everything you do.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree completed (or expected) by May 2026
  • You’re excited to start your career in people leadership and want to grow your confidence, leadership style, and decision-making skills.

  • You’re curious, resilient, and enjoy solving problems. You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities and figuring things out in a fast-moving environment.
  • Previous leadership experience (through school, work, sports, clubs, or volunteering) is an asset but not required.
