Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE
The Sales Specialist is responsible for maximizing on‑shelf product presence, conducting in‑store sampling
and promotions when needed, and ensuring full adherence to planograms. Any deviations must be reported
immediately to the pre‑seller. The role also includes providing up‑to‑date market information to support
sales opportunities. Additionally, the Sales Specialist must execute all in‑store activities according to
company standards, manage these activities through the PACE system, ensure data accuracy, maintain
Perfect Store compliance, and achieve performance KPIs. The position carries responsibility for execution,
system ownership, and overall performance.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountabilities:
• Call on specific TT outlets as per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.
• Merchandize SSFL products within your TT stores in the various access points, shelf, stand, floor
display.
• Place POS material wherever applicable next to our SSFL displays.
• Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms.
• Rotate product using FIFO method, and remove sub-standard products.
• Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
• Monitor and report competitive activities.
• Report any deviations from agreed terms with your assigned OT customer / outlet.
• Report daily activities of the prior day to your supervisor.
• Participate in sampling / redemption campaigns when required.
• Maintain appropriate personal appearance, and professional behaviour in line with Frito Lay code of
conduct.
• Monitoring market developments, defining marketing objectives (He/She will be serving a
designated number of stores) and sales methods, and estimating the expected sales volume.
• Oversee the implementation of sales GTM, sales methods, and the execution of promotional
programs.
• Prepare specialized sales-related reports, providing appropriate recommendations, and storing
them in the designated database in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
• System & Execution Responsibilities (PACE) Data ownership & compliance:
1. Execute all visits through the PACE Merchandising System
2. Follow the assigned journey plan
3. Ensure 100% accuracy of data (photos, counts, timestamps)
4. No manual or offline reporting
5. Close action items raised in the system
Key Performance Measures:

Qualifications
Differentiating Competencies Required
• Knowledge of sales channels.
• Basic sales knowledge.
• Strong Customer Communicating Skills.
EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
• Valid driving license.
• Service-level oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High-School Certificate or higher.
• Healthy and physically fit to fulfil assigned tasks
