Training: Initial training conducted on weekdays (Monday to Friday) for approx 6 months

Responsibilities

Ensuring flavour testing is completed effectively and an accurate flavour is supplied in accordance with the product run
Managing production lines, equipment calibration and monitoring
Preparing and completing accurate records
Cleaning and housekeeping
Committed to quality assurance and completion of quality checks as required

Qualifications

Experienced in a Manufacturing or Production Environment
Good Mechanical Aptitude
Having an understanding of HACCP and GMP
Able to work autonomously
