ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
The Accounts Receivable Analyst accesses and investigates open balances for the warehouse on a timely basis while also reconciling adjustments, rebills and processes chargebacks as needed
Your Impact
As Accounts Receivable Analyst your functions would consist of:
• Support of Accounts Receivable Tasks,the including, but not limited to: (Making Decisions, Executing Actions)o Timely and Accurate follow up on open balances in the system within the SLAo Timely and Accurate reconciliation of AR adjustmentso Research, Troubleshoot, and Rebill balanceso Timely communication with account owners to validate pricing• Manage Customer responses, ensuring all critical inputs are gathered from customers regarding open balances (Executing Actions, Providing Consultation)• Manage rebill activity for non-national accounts and communicate tracker to all market locations to ensure actions are taken• Research balances in the system and validate appropriate steps forward• Provide Field Location Leaders with ad-hoc support as needed, and periodic updates on process improvement opportunitiesDifferentiating Competencies Required • Commitment to excellence in customer service• Knowledge of Global Control and Compliance policies• Demonstrate ability to organize and analyze data• Exceptional data entry and clerical skills. Proficiency using financial information systems utilizing basic math skills• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred with 1-3 years business/control/operations experience• Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills — Sensitivity with confidential information• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Control/Operations• Ability to work within strict deadlines, learn new processes quickly, work effectively with a team and adapt to constantly evolving work responsibilities• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively• Fluent with data, and proven ability to utilize Excel to extract necessary data when needed• Exceptional organizational skills to handle the high volume of requests• Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with customers• Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)• Strong passion for customer service • Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with internal and external customers• Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations• Excellent written and oral communications skills• Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools• Meticulous attention to detail
