1. Drive E2E Transformation and continious improvement through LSS/Perform programs, digitaization and AI adoption
2. Ensure Service delivery to meet SLA and business commitment. Manage Team performance. Work with Norms and process metrics.
3. Drive integration into Global Routing community via robust governance model.
4. Manage seamless Transitions of new processes and scope areas.
5. Apply GCC best practices, develop, align and execute change management plans, coordinate hypercare activities and ensure business adoption of new Service/Capability.
6. Drive continuous improvement to deliver service at optimal cost, ensuring competitive advantage and supporting business growth.
7. Build in GCC GTM Routing comunity, ensure best practice sharing and process standardization where applicable
8. Stakeholders management: Effectively manage key stakeholders, maintaining clear communication between Sales and RCC. Ensure the Governance model remains relevant and develop strong partnerships to drive service excellence and customer satisfaction.
9. Setting up Route design and planning Team Targets. Translate the Busines and RCC strategy into annual plans and ensure their implementation. Set goals for the Route design and planning team and cascade key performance indicators to the team
10. Budget management: Manage the operational budget of Route design and planning team (including budgeting and forecasting), manage the number of staff
11. Develop and empower team members through leadership, coaching, motivation, and professional growth initiatives. Foster an inclusive and engaging workplace aligned with PepsiCo’s corporate culture and policies. Build a high‑performance environment focused on quality, accountability, and operational excellence.

• Higher education is mandatory
• At least 5 years of senior management experience in FMCG.
• Strong understanding of Go-to-Market and DSD route processes and activities
• Previous Route Engineering or Modeling experience
• Detailed understanding of PepsiCo's Supply Chain and the broader PepsiCo functions
• Deep understanding of service center models
• English: fluent professional
2. Experience based:
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Solid presenter – spoken and in writing / decks
• Lead and influence internally & externally, across divisions and functions - at all levels of the
organization
