As the Field Execution Change Manager for Supply Chain Transformation, you'll join a dynamic team at PepsiCo, diagnosing, designing, and executing change management and communication strategies that drive engagement, adoption, and transformation. You'll be pivotal in ensuring that enterprise-level change strategies are executed effectively across supply chain field operations.

You will be a liaison between the 1NA Supply Chain Transformation team and the Sector Change teams to ensure consistent and harmonized experience for our employees and to manage local nuances according to the 1NA Change playbook. Your role combines strong relationship-building skills with the ability to translate strategic intent into practical, consistent, and high-quality adoption at the site level for complex changes.

The Field Execution Change Manager for Supply Chain Transformation will be reporting into the PepsiCo Supply Chain and Operations Transformation lead and would be responsible for coordinating a smooth change journey in partnership with key stakeholders across Supply Chain and Operations.

Responsibilities

Strategy-to-Execution Alignment

  • Translate enterprise change strategies into actionable frameworks, tools, and communication plans for field execution.
  • Partner with local Field Execution Change Managers to ensure changes are delivered consistently across sites.
  • Provide clarity and context to field teams, ensuring they understand the “why” behind change.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to local Field Execution Change Managers, offering coaching, resources (playbooks), and problem-solving support.
  • Provide guidance to ensure that change management activities meet enterprise standards while remaining practical for frontline adoption.

Communication & Feedback Loops

  • Build a community of practice among field change managers to share best practices and lessons learned.
  • Ensure clear, two-way communication between leadership and field execution teams.
  • Adapt and localize enterprise-level communications for frontline relevance.
  • Gather insights, risks, and adoption feedback from field managers and consolidate into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Execution Quality & Monitoring

  • Monitor consistency of change delivery across regions, identifying gaps and proposing corrective actions.
  • Share progress, adoption metrics, and field insights with the Change Strategy Leader and other stakeholders.
  • Support local Field Execution Change Managers in reinforcing behaviors and embedding change into daily operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
  • 4–7 years of experience in change management, Large-scale global Transformations , supply chain operations, or program management roles (i.e. activities related to project planning, delivery and sustainment),
  • Strong ability to bridge strategy with execution, ensuring clarity, quality, and consistency.
  • Hands-on experience working with both frontline and leadership stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Familiarity with supply chain or operational environments (manufacturing, logistics, or distribution preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint etc.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Change Management Professional™ (CCMP) or Prosci® Change Practitioner certification
  • Track record of successfully embedding change for large, strategic, global, complex initiatives enabled by new capabilities across the organization, with similar complexity as PepsiCo
  • Experience applying change tools and methods to assess, diagnose, design, support and deliver custom solutions needed for the successful delivery of the program
  • Strong executive presence with ability to develop and deliver clear, concise and compelling verbal & written communication
  • Confronts and works through tough issues, taking ownership and accountability for resolution
  • Able to work within ambiguous, fluid cross-functional environment managing various amounts of change
  • Sees the bigger picture, able to look ahead to anticipate and address issues
  • Strong problem solving, facilitation and decision-making skills
  • Ability to be flexible and eagerness to learn, build relationships and demonstrate resilience
  • Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders
  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills
