· Distributor management
- Build effective business relationships
- Joint development of an effective strategy for the development of all sales channels
- Develop the distributor's sales and management team
- Plan joint projects to support the category's continued growth strategy
· Sales planning
- To built sales strategy for dedicated sales force, development of AOP (Annual Operational Plan) for 3PD & Direct Dairy Sale all territory of Georgia except Tbilisi / Rustavi
- Prepare AOP for Dedicated Teams; develop strategy, set volume targets and KPIs responded to brand development and sales strategy.
- According to annual/monthly sales plans, establish plan for each team to ensure delivery of monthly/annual volume targets by channels and brands.
- Plan sales activities, programs, incentives accordingly with established budget to ensure delivery of volume targets
· Sales and Trade Marketing
- Execution of PepsiCo commercial policy and terms of trade with OT, TT;
- Direct involvement in negotiations and projects with major clients, OT & Big Customers;
- Development and execution of the most efficient sales / commercial programs;
- Supports development & ensures implementation of in-store execution standards and ensure availability of required POS materials and trade equipment;
- Ensure proper and effective communication of marketing programs to sales force. Translates the consumer programs into sales / commercial programs.
· Working Methods
- set in cooperation with Caucasus Sales Capability department working methods for dedicated sales force;
- ensure that all trainings agenda is delivered to the team in full compliance with PepsiCo standards;
- Responsible for implementation of PepsiCo working methods (BIG3) in dedicated teams to sustain rout productivity and high level of execution;
- Regularly work in a field with direct and not direct reports to ensure delivery of working methods.
· Budgeting
- responsible for managing the budget in the most effective and profitable way which bring bigger volume uplift.
- Cooperate with other departments
- Cooperate with other departments of PepsiCo to ensure delivering of established targets;
- Effective cooperation with head of SC, Finance, Legal & Marketing departments to ensure delivering of established targets.
· Reporting
- Track & analyze team & individual performance reports;
Develops & implements monthly reports on competition (performance, activities & initiatives, etc.);
Требования:- Higher education
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales, commerce in FMCG company
- 2+ years of managerial experience
- MS Office skills
- Fluency in Georgian, foreign languages: English on B1+ level
- Strong negotiation skills
